Felice Anderson, BS, CCRC

Felice started her career as a medical assistant,  eventually earning a degree in Healthcare Management.

After years of working in physician offices she needed a change and accepted a position at a clinical research facility where she fell in love with clinical research. She started as a phlebotomist and quickly became a research assistant, then a coordinator.  Working in various positions taught her how to properly conduct clinical trials and how to operate a small business. In 2008 with the support of her family and lot of determination she opened Eclipse Clinical Research.

Felice genuinely cares about her employees and wants them to be successful, with that in mind she has created a family style environment that emphasizes teamwork. She believes that Eclipse would not be successful without the hard work and dedication of her employees.

Felice feels that there is nothing more important than her family. She and Ricky share 2 wonderful children and recently gained a new daughter with the marriage of their son.  They also have 4 amazing exchange children that have become important members of their family.

When she’s not at Eclipse Felice enjoys reading, picnicking, hiking and traveling.

Justin Lara, CRC/

Patient Recruitment Specialist

Hi, I'm Justin, I've worked in clinical research for almost three years and love everyday of it. I’m a born and raised Tucson boy and love my hometown. Throughout my life I have traveled the world with my time in the United States Army, this is where I got introduced into the world of clinical trials. While in Germany I was asked to take part in a study for wounded Veterans with PTSD and TBI (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injuries), knowing the good that could come from such a study I decided to become part of the growth in the field and completed my Associates degree as a Clinical Research Coordinator in applied science at Pima Community College, I have completed a Bachelor’s degree in career technical education and also working on a second bachelor’s degree in Environmental science with natural gas and conservation protection. Being a part of the change and growth to our medical needs is a pride that I take to heart. Knowing that I have part in making sure a medical device such as a glucose monitor is working properly or knowing that a medication is safe to take gives myself a feeling of pride and Honor. I still live my life according to the Army standards of Integrity, Selflessness, Pride, Honor and Courage to all ways do the right thing.

Jennifer Felipe, MA

Research Assistant

I am a Puerto Rican who was born in Belleville, New Jersey. My family moved to Miami Beach, Florida when I was 2 years old. I was raised with 2 olders brothers in a bilingual household, where family always found time for one another. Growing up, I learned to be optimistic and patient, two traits I live by and value to this day. After graduating from high school in 2007, I married my soulmate at 19, and we were blessed with two beautiful boys.

We relocated to Tucson, Arizona in late 2016, it was one of the best decisions of our lives! I was able to complete the Medical Assistant program at Pima Medical Institute in late 2018. Shortly after, I was blessed with the opportunity to work alongside the amazing team at Eclipse Clinical Research. An opportunity I am sincerely grateful for! When I am not in the lab processing samples of your blood, you can find me lifting heavy things at Crossfit, letting my paint brush tell a story on a canvas with an array of colors or blasting my music on max to free my soul!

Jenny Anderson

Research Assistant

When asked to write a bio for the website here is what Jenny had to say:

"I came to work at Eclipse in June of 2020 temporarily doing data entry. Apparently, they loved me so much they decided to keep me as a Research Assistant. I’m looking forward to many, many years of learning and bettering myself along the way. I am beyond excited to be a part of the Eclipse family!"

I married my best friend and soulmate in October of 2010. We have been blessed with 3 beautiful children in our 21 years together. I’m a Tucson native who loves being at home with my family and our 3 adorable fur babies. I also love woodworking, painting, drawing, hiking, or going out on the lake fishing.
